1.  Is there a cost for our first meeting?

No. We would be happy to meet with you to discuss your project.  We will work with you to establish a budget that meets your needs.  

 

2.  How soon can we begin? 

The first meeting can usually be scheduled within one week.  The next step is design and pricing, which begins right away. During this phase financing is taking place.  The constructions process begins immediately after financing is complete.

 

3.  What if I already have plans?

We will work with your designer or architect to ensure all the details that you have envisioned are met.

 

4.  Can I be involved in the design process?

Yes. If you already have a plan design in mind our designer can draw it for you.

 

5.  Do you offer fixed pricing?

Yes.  The price you are given will remain the same.  There are no hidden costs.

 

6.  Can we use our own bank?

Yes. We have worked with many banks. However, you may also use the bank listed on our financial contact page.

 

7.  How can I avoid change orders?

Proper planning is the key to avoid change orders.  The design phase is the best time to consider the options you wish to have in your home. 

 

8.  Are completion dates met? 

Yes.  We maintain the project schedule daily.  You are given access to our web-base software that allows you to view your project schedule anytime and anywhere.   

 

9.  Can I see a home that you have built?

Yes. We have a fully decorated model home at the entrance of STONECREEK at Todds Run subdivision (148 Zachary Drive, Williamsburg, OH 45176) You are welcome to stop by anytime during our operating hours or by appointment.
